Expired product: Customer must submit credit request within 30 days after expiry date. Your account will be credited or product will be replaced for the equal value of the product in question.
Product Returns: All defective product or unsatisfied customers will be honoured. Customers account will be credited or product will be replaced. If customer is returning product that is neither damaged nor expired, customer will pay for shipping back to closest warehouse and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. (20% of wholesale cost for product being returned)
Different Supplier / Distributor: For Expired Product or a Product Return for any product bought elsewhere, not from us, (USA or ACS etc) Team Perfect will only honour 50% of the order.
Payment Terms: All orders must be paid within 30 days of receipt of product.
MAP: Team Perfect has a Minimum Advertised Price policy. Please review and adhere to policy. Violators of this policy will be addressed immediately. If violation persists, Team Perfect will discontinue service to violators.
